Brochures with information on what to do after renovating your home are now available. This new publication is part of the Opengela – Urban Regeneration Offices programme, an initiative promoted by the Eusko Jaurlaritza – Gobierno Vasco together with local councils and citizens, with the aim of supporting people after home renovation works and continuing to improve quality of life in neighbourhoods.
Practical guide for after renovation
The brochures provide clear and useful information on the steps to follow once renovation works have been completed, helping to address common questions and ensure the proper use of refurbished homes.
It includes recommendations on maintenance, good usage practices, and key aspects to help preserve the improvements made to the home. The aim is to support a smooth transition after the works and ensure that the benefits of the renovation are maintained over time.
A resource within the Opengela programme
The material forms part of the work developed under the Opengela programme, an urban regeneration initiative designed to promote the comprehensive refurbishment of buildings and urban environments, encouraging citizen participation and improving the residential housing stock.
Through this initiative, support for residents is strengthened not only during the renovation process, but also in the post-renovation phase, by providing practical tools for everyday use.
