CAVIAR Quality of Life in Architecture Research Group is collaborating with the Directorate of Territorial Planning and Urban Agenda of the Basque Government in the setting up of the Center of Excellence CI+IRU, a Research and Innovation Center in Urban Regeneration, that will operate at the crossroads of theoretical-scientific knowledge and its transfer and application to implementation projects.

The 3rd International Seminar CI+IRU 2023 is part of this initiative, to follow up on the synergies and common grounds that arose in the two previous editions -2021 and 2022- and to contribute to the growth and the consolidation of the collaboration network initiated through the shared experience of the agents of excellence involved in Urban Regeneration projects related to sustainable cities of the 21st century.
