Multi-criteria methodology for the evaluation of local housing rehabilitation strategies in the Basque Country from the perspective of the life cycle.

The study allows the contribution, through the analysis of the impacts of the energy renovation interventions on the annual energy demand, the internal thermal comfort and the variation of the internal thermal health risk, to the current objectives of energy efficiency of buildings, particularly in the Spanish residential building sector, from an integrated vision that still does not exist.
