PROJECT
Evaluation of the environmental impact of three university campuses in the regions of Euskadi, Aquitaine, and Navarra, considering both the current situation and potential improvement scenarios.
Using the NEST tool, the environmental impact will be analyzed from a Life Cycle perspective, allowing comparison between the current status and future scenarios incorporating renewable energy and passive renovation strategies. In particular, the use of biomass as an energy source will be examined.

OBJECTIVE
The main objective of the project is to study of the use of renewable energy sources (wind energy, forest biomass and photovoltaic energy) to generate power on university campuses to reduce the environmental impact compared with the current situation and aligning with the objectives of the European Directives.
