RISAV
PROJECT
Method to assess the priority of rehabilitation interventions based on the health risk associated with housing.
The level of detail and expressiveness of the resulting cartography allows us to perceive important inequalities in relation to the degree of vulnerability. Thus, it highlights the spatial variation of vulnerability in the city, even differentiating the areas within the census limits themselves that would have to be the object of specific rehabilitation policies.
Date: September 2020 – October 2021
OBJECTIVE
The main objective of this proposal is to create a multi-criteria analysis method to assess the priority of rehabilitation interventions from a comprehensive perspective that brings together social, energy, environmental and habitability aspects by calculating indices for each area.
