Academic background

Architect from the Higher Technical School of Architecture at UPV/EHU (2008-2015). During this period, she had the opportunity to expand her academic experience internationally through an Erasmus scholarship at the Politecnico di Milano – Scuola di Architettura e Società (2013-2014). She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Teacher Training for Secondary and Upper-Secondary Education, Vocational Training and Language Teaching at the International University of Valencia (VIU).

Research experience

Currently working as a Contracted Researcher for the CAVIAR UPV/EHU research group.

Professional experience

As a founding partner of AJO Taller de Arquitectura S.L.P. (2015-2021), she led projects in urban planning, architecture, new construction, renovations, interior design, and ephemeral architecture. Her work included the management and supervision of construction projects, cost control, and certifications, as well as the development of the AJO juego project, which promoted workshops, participatory activities, and artistic installations aimed at children and young people, based on experimentation and creativity.

She collaborated with Stepienybarno (2019-2022) in the editing and programming of articles, news, and newsletters for architecture blogs such as the Fundación Arquia blog.

From 2021 to 2023, she worked as an interior architect at BI – Bilbao Interiorismo and as a freelance professional, carrying out execution projects for home renovations and developing basic and execution projects for single-family homes, including project management.

Since 2018, she has been an active member of the Ludantia Association, an organisation focused on the education, transformation, and improvement of spaces for children. She served as secretary on its board of directors (2019-2022).
